It can feel overwhelming learning intense information about the social justice issues that plague the world today, so, some tips to maintain emotional and mental stability include- connecting with a mental health professional, practicing meditation or yoga, hug more frequently, journaling, exercise, allow yourself to feel your emotions, talk to a friend or loved one, spend time doing things that bring you joy, make positive affirmations, and set achievable goals for ways to help alleviate the social justice issue.
